User-Generated Content

You retain rights to the content you post but grant Overlie a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content to operate the platform.

We may remove or restrict access to any content that violates these Terms or community standards.

Privacy & Data Collection

Your data is collected and processed per our Privacy policy.

We do not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

Account Security

Termination & Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or App Store and Google Play policies.

Overlie is provided "as is" without warranties.

We are not responsible for user-generated content, third-party links, or service interruptions.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of Overlie.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
